Responsibilities
The Mechanical Division is responsible for all apparatus, vehicles, and equipment, ranging from routine preventative maintenance to major mechanical repairs if necessary.
Staff
The Mechanical Division of Salem Fire is staffed by one full-time civilian mechanic and supported by two per-diem assistant firefighters/mechanics.
