The Town of Salem is inviting contract proposals for the Foundation Open Channel Excavation of Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Remediation Waste project at the Former Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) on SARL Drive in Salem, New Hampshire. Please see attached specifications, terms, conditions, as well as Addendums A & B for RFP 2023-026. Contractors are requested to submit their proposals to Gia Faccadio, Procurement and Purchasing Agent, at Town Hall, 33 Geremonty Drive, Salem, NH 03079, in accordance with the instructions contained within this Request for Proposals (RFP).

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site at Sarl Drive in Salem, New Hampshire at 8:00 AM on September 19, 2023. Representatives of the Town and its Engineer for the project, GeoInsight, Inc., will be present to discuss the Project. Following remarks by the Town’s representatives, the attendees will be provided an opportunity to briefly view the project site. Following contractor viewing of the structure, the conference will then reconvene for questions and answers.
