Overview
The Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Committee oversees the Town's six-year Capital Improvement Plan. The CIP Committee reviews project requests with Town departments annually each summer, evaluates the project requests for significance and readiness, and ultimately provides recommendations in its annual report to the Town Council.
