Overview
The Ethics Committee serves to: educate officials, and board, committee, and commission members, regarding the provisions of the ethics code; provide advice and counsel to officials, board, committee, and commission members, regarding ethical issues with which they are confronted; and resolve ethics complaints that are filed against elected and appointed officials on Town boards, committees, and commissions.

The Committee consists of five (5) members whose appointments must be approved by six (6) members of the Town Council for three-year, staggered terms.
