The Investigations Division is responsible for the follow-up investigation of all the crimes that reach beyond the scope of the patrol personnel.
The two-attorney Prosecution Unit is responsible for handling all cases brought by the Police Department in Salem District Court.
The Record Unit manages all the department records and reports.
The Operations Support Bureau also includes School Resource Officers (SROs).
