The Town of Salem has partnered with WaterSmart. WaterSmart is a customer water portal that allows customers to access their usage history, sign up for usage alerts, see how your consumption compares with Salem customers, and more.

All you need is your account number and zip code to sign up. Note: When entering your account number only use the first 5 digits of the account number. Do not include the dash or the numbers following the dash on the account number.
