Billing Information

The Town of Salem assesses fees for the transport of ill/injured people to hospital facilities.  We do not charge for calls for assistance, false/accidental alarms, or a situation where a person calls and then decides not to go to the hospital with the Salem Fire Department.

Quick Med Claims

Salem Fire Department utilizes a third-party billing agency to process ambulance claims. If you have any questions regarding an ambulance bill, you should contact them. The billing vendor is Quick Med Claims.
