Project Details

The Town of Salem completed the reconstruction of South Policy St during the 2014 construction season. The reconstructed road consisted of a reclaimed stabilized base, new pavement, and complete drainage system upgrades. The project extends from a point south of Route 38 (Pleasant St) intersection behind the Mall north to a point near Raymond Avenue
